  • I have a group of 50 or more. Are there packages available for my group?

    Yes, we offer special packages for large groups of 50 or more. These packages require advance reservations. To discuss options and make arrangements, please contact our event coordinator at (314) 766-4747.

  • Can I bring in my own cake and/or ice cream if I am not reserving a birthday party package?

    Yes, but we only allow this on Sundays. We apologize, but outside items such as cake, ice cream, or other party supplies like balloons and presents are not permitted in our commons area or any tabled areas within City Jump FEC. The use of our birthday party rooms is exclusively for those who have purchased a birthday party package. If you're interested in hosting a birthday celebration at our facility, please call at least 72 hours in advance to reserve a date for your child's special day.

  • Can I bring outside food?

    Outside food or drinks are NOT allowed by any means.
